Owner-Financing Terms.  We offer financing at terms of 25% down and equal payments over 12 months.  There is a $165 assessment fee per 20 acres added to the price, with a low 7% APR.  No prepayment penalties are applied.  A temporary conveyence of mineral rights subject to certain resistrictions will issued to you at the time of purchase. *No permit scale operations while under financing contract.
