MINING CLAIMS
Yes! Most states including Calofornia, Nevada and Oregon allow up to 14 days of camping on public lands in one stay.
No. Only temperary structures are allowed on a unpatented mining claim.
Absolutely yes. We encourage you to visit the site prior to purchase to do your own prospecting and sampling. If you have any questions about the claim prior to visiting please contact us. You are under no obligation to fill out any forms, or provide a deposit.
If you continue to pay your yearly assessements to the Bureau of Land Management you can keep your claim virtually forever. Some mining claims are over 120 years old, and can be passed down from generation to generation.
Yearly assements are due to the Bureau of Land Management before September 1st of the calander year. Visit the BLM website for full details. Contact us if you need help with your yearly assessments.
After purchase a quit claim deed will be filed on your behalf to the appropriate organizations to confer the official mineral rights, and claim ownership to you.

FINANCING & PAYMENTS
We offer financing through Paypal™ Pay Later option avaliable at checkout. You can take advantage of our no-credit check financing by choosing the "Pay Later" option during check out.
A $165 dollar financing fee, plus 5% APR is will added to the total price of the mine. We allow up to 12 months of financing to pay the total balance of the claim.
We require a 25% deposit on all financed purchased for mining claims.

While under contract you will be issued a temporary conveyence of mineral rights that allows for sampling, recreational and casual use operations.
