The Golden West
Patented Gold Properties

A Known Gold Deposit on Patented Property in Arizona!
Out in the mountains of La Paz County, Arizona, lies the Golden West property, a group of two patented mining claims that settled just Southwest of the old Planet Mine, a mine renown for its beautiful, crystalline-copper chalcanthite specimens. Chasing the same copper-gold veinlets as the Planet Mine from the five kilometer-long Buckskin Detachment, drilling and assay work on the Golden West property has
revealed a known deposit of 12,000 oz of gold & its own crystalline copper!
Drilling of the property revealed that the structure of the geology on the Golden West property is unique and pleasantly predictable. The richest gold values are found within the fractures found between three separate rock formations, caused by three different faults: the main fault, known as the Buckskin Detachment, caused a large swath of rock to detach from the lower crust and travel over five kilometers over an another, older rock formation: a Precambrian gneiss formation. After this large horizontal rock sheer, a combination of two types of high-angle listric faults striking from two different directions created weaknesses in the Earth's crust that make an excellent environment for gold and copper deposits to bubble up to the surface.

The vertical veinlets springing up from the bottom of the Buckskin Detachment are gold-rich, easy to find, and easy to mine through open-pit methods. But the lack of a deeply sunken shaft (~430-440 ft) hasn't allowed for horizontal drilling and assay work into horizontal fracture between the Detachment and the underlying gneiss. This unexplored zone is likely the genesis of the small veinlets springing up from the various listric faults found closer to the surface, similar to the Briggs Mine. While speculative, it stands to reason that this unexplored zone could hold greater gold values than the surface deposits of Golden West property -- if only someone could get down there to find out!
Hematite found on the surface. Gold is found mixed together with this bright red rock!
Other patented mining claim holders to the Northeast, leading up to the Planet Mine, also sit on ground with more or less the same gold values as the Golden West property. If a deal could be struck, far more than just 12,000 oz of surface-layer gold could be pulled out of this one location!

Features of the "The Golden West & Golden West No.1" property at a glance:
- Patented Ground - With private, exclusive rights to the ground, the property isn't subject to most Federal regulations like normal, unpatented mining claims are. Have the freedom to mine the gold your way!
- Well-Surveyed Geological Structure - The fractures between the main Buckskin, Vampire, and Volcanic formations are known to provide the most gold-rich deposits on shallow, accessible ground.
- A Known Deposit - With 12,000 oz of gold known to be on the Golden West patents, all the property needs is the right man with the right equipment to come and get the gold! What's more, the gold-heavy pockets above the Buckskin formation heavily suggest additional gold to be found along the detachment fault line - if only someone could get deep enough to find out!
- Expansion Opportunities - Expansion downward onto the main Buckskin Detachment's shelf and horizontally drilling into the rock formation or negotiating with other patent holders to the Northeast to allow for expansive, shallow surface mining gives the holders of the Golden West property options beyond what initially meets the eye.
- Easy to Find - Whether you're chasing the turquoise-colored copper veinlets for beautiful mineral specimens or getting the gold out of bright red hematite-clays, the gold here isn't hiding - it's in plain sight and easy to find!
- Easy to Leach - With little to no silification present, encapsulated gold concerns are not an issue! A basic bottle-roll, cyanide-leach on oxidized gold in hematite-clays showed ~95% gold recovery in short 48-hour leach cycles.
- Moderate Accessibility - The Buckskin Mountain Range is surrounded by paved roads, but the roads leading into the Golden West property are dirt roads of variable quality. A good four-wheel drive vehicle could easily access the site, but sedans and other roadsters might find access difficult.
- Accessible Water Sources - There's plenty of water within five miles of the claim; Ensuring your mining adventure doesn't run dry is a cinch!
- A Quiet Spot - 115 miles away from the center of Phoenix but mere miles from Lake Havasu, the Golden West property is close enough for day trips but remote enough to not have strangers wandering onto your operation - who needs watchmen?

The Golden West & Golden West No.1
Mineral Rights Transfer Process
A patented mining claim is private property, conveying full title to both the surface and the minerals. As a form of real estate, it is a tangible asset that documents ownership of all mineral interests within its boundaries. Patented claims may be bought, sold, or used as collateral in the same manner as other privately held land.
Ownership of a patented mining claim can be conveyed in whole or in part through a standard real-property deed—such as a quitclaim deed—which can be recorded with the appropriate county office. Patented claims may also be leased, traded, gifted, or passed on through inheritance. If you have questions about completing a transfer, you may contact us at any time.
This patented mining claim remains valid indefinitely.
