Let's Talk Gold
Free consultations, no deposit. So ask us anything. Where the road is, whether there's water, what the old timers pulled out of it. Or whether the price is negotiable. Usually it is.
Questions about a listing, want to set up a site visit, or ready to make an offer? Every message gets answered by one of the two of us, and we'll help you work out which ground actually suits what you want to do out there.

One thing worth saying plainly: there's no call center here. Ring that number and you get me, or you get my partner, and if we're out on a claim you'll get a callback the same day.
Happy to spend twenty minutes on the phone with somebody who's never bought mineral rights before. Where the road goes, whether there's water on it, what the old timers pulled out of the district, how the filing works. Ask away — that conversation is free and there's no obligation attached to it.

Frequently Asked Questions
The most common things buyers ask us before reaching out.
Can I visit a claim before purchasing?
Please do — we'd rather you saw it with your own eyes than took our word for it. No deposit, nothing to sign. Bring a pan and hit the high banks for the black sand layer, and give us a call first so we can point you at the best spots to test.
How long does the transfer process take?
Quick. We draft and notarize the quitclaim deed, file it with the county recorder and the state BLM office, and your officially stamped copies are back in your hands in about 10 to 14 days. The claim shows active in the MLRS under your name around the same time. All of the filing is on us.
Is camping allowed on a mining claim?
Yes, while you're working it. Most western states — California, Nevada, Colorado and Oregon among them — allow 14 days of camping per stay on the public land your claim sits on. Plenty of time for a good long weekend or a week's dig.
How do I keep my claim active each year?
Annual BLM maintenance is due before September 1st, and there's no grace period on that date. We send reminders every season and we'll walk you through the renewal at no charge. Keep it paid and the claim is yours to hold as long as you want it.
