"Tungsten One" 20.66 Lode Mining Claim
Pershing County, NV - Tungsten & Silver Past Producer
TUNGSTEN ONE is a multi-ore, past producing lode mining claim measuring 20.66 acres, located in Northwest Nevada, 12 miles from the beautiful Pyramid Lake in the famous Nightingale Mining District! A mere half a mile North of the Nightingale mine, the old Mammoth Mines have been claimed and renamed the Tungsten One! Explore and from mine multiple adits, deep shafts and 1000's of feet of underground tunneling! Easy-to-see ore veins line the walls of the vast, underground workings across multiple levels in this unique mine!
This well-developed past-producing mine has primarily produced tungsten, with molybdenum, copper, and silver as secondary commodities. Photographs below show examples of the extremely visual powellite and scheelite veins throughout this mining claim. Many of the veins are still exposed on the surface, allowing for easy access to the precious minerals. Tons of naturalized tailings piles dot the claim, so grab samples are easy to come by as well.
The large amounts of ore exposure makes getting to the minerals easy. A pick and a shovel are all you need to start unlocking new minerals from the earth on this claim!
A decent dirt road exiting the small service town of Nixon, NV, just 30 minutes North of Reno, will lead you to the claim. Four-wheel drive is recommended. Very close to Pyramid Lake!
