Absolutely. We encourage all site visits before purchase — no deposit or obligation required. Just reach out and we'll arrange access at a time that works for you.
How long does the transfer process take?
We handle all filing on your behalf. Expect officially stamped copies from the county recorder and the relevant state BLM office within 45 days of purchase. We draft and submit within 10 business days.
Can I work a claim while I'm financing it?
Yes — under contract you'll receive a temporary conveyance of mineral rights that allows for sampling, recreational use, and casual operations while you pay it off.
Is camping allowed on a mining claim?
Yes. Most western states — including California, Nevada, Colorado, and Oregon — allow up to 14 days of camping per stay on public lands where your claim is located.
How do I keep my claim active each year?
Annual BLM assessments are due before September 1st of each year. We're happy to walk you through the renewal process after purchase at no charge.
