The Bidwell Mine was a 20-acre unpatented lode claim near Silver City in Carson City, Nevada. A historic mine with documented production, the Bidwell featured accessible underground workings and gold-silver mineralization.

The Bidwell Mine is a 20.66 acre lode mining claim just outside of Carson City, Nevada.A good dirt road runs right up to the claim with high grade-ore specimens laying on the surface.  A great opportunity for a real past-producing gold mine close to town and still loaded with ore!

Below you'll see photographs of Bidwell Mine lode mining.  The total claim area is 20.66 acres and includes multiple claim features including a 1 deep shaft, and a caved in mine that runs under the road! There are mostly caved in, however over 500+ tons of tailings piles of various ore types and grades.
